Privacy Policy
This privacy policy explains what personal data the Maxim88 Singapore collects when you visit, how we use it, and your rights under Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (PDPA) and the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) where applicable.
Who we are
"We", "us", and "this site" refer to the operators of maxim88-login.com, an independent editorial guide. We are not Maxim88 and we do not have access to Maxim88 account data. For data privacy questions, contact privacy@maxim88-login.com.
Data we collect automatically
When you visit any page on this site, our hosting provider (Cloudflare) and analytics tools may automatically receive:
- IP address (used to determine country and prevent abuse — not stored long-term in identifiable form)
- Browser user-agent string (e.g., Chrome on iPhone)
- Referring URL (the page that linked you here)
- Pages visited and time spent
- Approximate location (country/region from IP, not precise GPS)
This data is collected for security (DDoS protection, bot blocking) and aggregated traffic analysis only. We do not link it to a personal identity unless you explicitly contact us by email.
Cookies and similar technologies
We use a minimal set of cookies and storage:
- Strictly necessary: Cloudflare security cookies to mitigate abuse and a session cookie to remember if you have dismissed any notice.
- Analytics: Google Analytics 4 (configured via Cloudflare) records aggregated, anonymised visit metrics. IP addresses are anonymised before storage. You can opt out via the GA opt-out browser add-on or by enabling "Do Not Track" in your browser.
We do not use advertising cookies, retargeting pixels, or third-party social-media tracking on this site.
Data you give us voluntarily
If you email us (e.g., for corrections, suggestions, or privacy requests), we will receive your email address and the contents of your message. We use this only to reply to you and we do not add you to any marketing list. Email correspondence is retained for 12 months and then deleted unless we are legally required to keep it longer.
Affiliate tracking
When you click an outbound link to Maxim88 (e.g., the Login or Register buttons), we may pass a partner ID in the URL so the operator can track the referral and credit us with commission. The Maxim88 platform's own privacy policy applies once you arrive there. We do not see your sign-up details, deposits, or play activity. We only see aggregated click counts.
How we share data
We do not sell, rent, or trade personal data. We share data only with:
- Cloudflare — hosting and CDN, processing IPs and request data for security purposes.
- Google — anonymised analytics data via Google Analytics 4.
- Singapore authorities — only if we receive a valid legal order under Singapore law.
Your rights under PDPA
Under Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act, you have the right to:
- Request access to the personal data we hold about you.
- Request correction of any inaccurate data.
- Request deletion of your data (subject to legal retention requirements).
- Withdraw consent for any optional processing.
- Lodge a complaint with the Personal Data Protection Commission Singapore (pdpc.gov.sg).

Data retention
Server logs are retained for 30 days. Analytics data is aggregated and retained for 14 months. Email correspondence is retained for 12 months. We do not store personal data longer than necessary.
Data security
The site is served exclusively over HTTPS with TLS 1.2 or higher. Hosting is on Cloudflare's enterprise infrastructure with DDoS protection, WAF rules, and bot mitigation. We follow industry-standard practices for protecting any data we receive.
Children
This site targets adults aged 21+. We do not knowingly collect data from minors. If you believe a child has submitted personal data to us, please contact privacy@maxim88-login.com and we will delete it.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent change. We will notify visitors of material changes by posting a notice at the top of the site for 14 days.
